Born in Caracas, Venezuela, Carolina moved to Santiago, Chile, where her family is originally from. Starting her career as a lecturer in Linguistics and Translation at prestigious institutions, she later ascended to key managerial roles, notably as an Academic Manager. In this role, she significantly enhanced academic program delivery and strengthened partnerships across various universities and language schools in Chile and Canada. Transitioning from the educational sector, Carolina managed operations concerning international students and expanded her expertise to other areas of global mobility. This shift enabled her to effectively assist hundreds of clients in achieving their relocation goals through skilled immigration and business and investment pathways. She is now at the core of Ingwe's operations, helping our clients succeed.
