1. The candidate should also have a valid study permit all through their education in Canada;
2. Should be employed in Canada at that moment and must have a valid work authorization to carry out work.
3. The candidate should have got a level of proficiency of at least CLB level 5 in English or French in the last 2 years period if the candidate is applying to the foreign national’s program and at least CLB level 5 in French if opting for the French-speaking program.
