The OINP (Ontario Nominee Program) is one of the multiple Canadian programs that allow foreign nationals to apply for Canadian Permanent Residency. It has different categories, including the International Students, Entrepreneur, Corporate, French-Speaking Skilled Worker, Human Capital Priorities, and General streams.

As we mentioned before, Manjari, an international student from India, met the following criteria, which helped her to get her nomination for Canada PR:
- Having a valid job offer (full-time and permanent) in a NOC 0, A or B from a qualified Canadian employer;
- Completed a two-year degree or diploma from one of the eligible Canadian institutions;
- Has the intention to live in Ontario;
- Obtained an educational credential from a Canadian institution within two calendar years at the time of her PNP application;
- Had legal status in Canada while being inside Canada.
If you meet this criteria, just as Manjari did, you’re on a good track to apply for your PR under the OINP program.
