IRCC is working hard on developing new tools to help applicants track their applications and improve their experience with the Canada immigration processes.
A new tool for PR applications under the family class category has been released. Applicants will have the possibility to keep track and take immediate actions, if required, to help their applications move quickly. By doing this, all applicants will have transparent access to their submissions and receive the same information they would acquire from an IRCC Service Agent.
